I have a specific idea in mind to go with the theme of my wedding, can we talk to go over the specifics?
Absolutely! We love to make our pictures, cushions and wedding signage completely bespoke to you to tie in with the theme of your big day. Once you have placed your order, please feel free to email me with what ideas you have or I'm happy to arrange a Zoom call with you to discuss. Its always really helpful to know what centrepiece or text you would like, the colours of your wedding (such as the flowers, dresses, suits etc) or any stationery, moodboard or Pinterest links that you have so that I can get a feel for the day that you are planning. We always provide a complete digital image for your approval and include up to two edits to ensure that we achieve exactly what you envision.

However, don't panic if you haven't made any of these decisions yet! You can still place your order to book your date and we can make decisions on details nearer the big day. 
Can I highlight specific messages from my closest family and friends?
Yes! The beauty of our pictures and cushions is that you really are in charge of the design process.  If you would like to highlight the messages from your parents and grandparents or maybe make the missives from your bridesmaids stand out, we can arrange for them to be placed evenly throughout the design and either printed in a different colour or stitched in a bright or metallic thread to make them more prominent.
Can I add messages from people who are unable to attend my wedding day?
One of the unique points of our Mr and Missive pictures and cushions is that your favourite people do not have to be present at your wedding day to leave you their special message.  We can arrange for missives to be included from guests who are unable to attend and we can collect these before your big day. All the information that your guests need to send their message is included on the postcard that we provide, including information about how to contact us if they have any queries. We really have made it as easy as possible to make sure that all your favourite people can be included!
Why do the number of messages not equal the number of guests that I have attending my wedding?
We have given an approximate guide of messages that can fit on the different sized Mr and Missive pictures and cushions as a guide.  However, the number of messages differ to the number of guests that you have attending your wedding because you will find that some guests leave a shared message as either a couple or a family.  Therefore, the number of messages will normally be less than the number of people attending.  There is no need to worry though if you are not exactly sure how many messages that you will receive.  We will always include some spare postcards in your pack for extra messages or if someone makes a mistake on the card.  In addition, once all your missives have been returned to our studio, we can always discuss making your picture smaller or larger to accommodate the messages that you have received or we can resize so messages prior to printing.
How far in advance of my wedding day should I place my order?
Ideally as soon as possible! Due to the number of orders that we receive, we have now started to limit the number of orders we can take for each month, so to ensure that you are not disappointed please place your order or make contact as soon as possible.  If you are unsure of colours, numbers or other details these can be finalised nearer to your wedding date. 
I've already had my wedding day and have a traditional guest book or wedding cards, can these be made into a picture or cushion?
Yes, thats no problem at all. We simply need to have the messages from your wedding guest book or the messages from your wedding cards emailed to us and we can complete the same design process as if we had received them from your wedding day.  In fact, our pictures and cushions make a beautiful present for a special anniversary or birthday gift for the person you never know what to buy for!
Can my guests buy gift vouchers or can I add a Mr and Missive picture or cushion to my wedding list?
We offer gift vouchers in a range of denominations that can be purchased by your wedding guests and we are more than happy for you to add Mr and Missive to your wedding present list.  Please get in touch with us directly to discuss exactly what you would like so that we can guide your guests in the right direction.
Does the Mr and Missive picture come framed?
All of our picture are framed in your choice of black or white wood, have a fitted mount and have polished edged glass. We recommend that you do not display your Mr and MIssive picture in direct sunlight as, over time, the fabric and threads used may fade. However, we are able to offer museum grade UV protective glass as an extra cost if this is something that you are concerned about. Please contact us directly for more information.
Do you offer a hypoallergenic option for the cushion filler?
We like to offer feather filled cushion inserts in our cushions to make them feel really luxurious. However, if you or someone you are buying for is an allergy sufferer, we are able to provide hypoallergenic and anti-dust mite cushion inserts as an alternative. Please leave us a note when you checkout if this option is required.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide.  Our picture and cushion postcard packs are free for delivery to mainland UK, £14.99 for EU countries and £35.00 for the rest of the world.  The delivery cost for your final order is free for mainland UK but will be quoted for all other locations prior to your order being placed and will depend on the product you choose and its size.
