Refund Policy
Following receipt of payment, we will provide materials and/or individual online access and storage, to enable you to collect missives from your friends and relatives, for your special day. We then provide a bespoke design service for your approval, before we create your Mr & Missive. We take great pride in creating only the finest products which we hope you will cherish for years to come. However, we appreciate that your circumstances may change following payment, and you may therefore decide to cancel your order.
Our costs vary depending upon the stage of the process an order is cancelled. The percentage refund payable will also therefore vary. Below is our refund policy. Please note that clear written notice must be received in writing to info@mrandmissive.co.uk to cancel an order.
Cancellations within 14 days and prior to materials being posted.
Where an order is cancelled in writing within 14 days of your payment, and prior to materials being sent out, a full refund will be provided within 30 days.
Cancellations after 14 days or after materials have been posted.
Where an order is cancelled in writing, after 14 days of your payment or after materials have been posted, a 50% refund will be provided within 30 days. This reflects the materials and postage and packing costs and administrative cost incurred by Mr & Missive Limited to provide the service and/or materials.
Cancellations after your postcards have been returned or after missives have been uploaded to our website.
Where an order is cancelled in writing, after your postcards has been returned to us or messages or photos have been upload to our website, no refund can be provided. This reflects the costs of materials and postage and packing, together with administrative cost incurred by Mr & Missive to provide the service and/or materials, plus design and storage costs.
